Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible. In certain cases, a bank transfer may be arranged.

Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been used or damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Personal care or hygiene products after opening or use.

  • Clearance, promotional, or sale items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the returned item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect product was delivered.

  • In cases where the error is on our side, Neiyon Store will bear the applicable return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be possible, and the standard return process will apply.
